You have 14 days from delivery of your order to withdraw, with no reason needed.

How it works

1. Send your request from your account (Support section) or the Contact page, with your order number.
2. We send you the return address.
3. Ship the complete product back, in its original packaging, within 14 days of your request.

Return shipping is at your expense. We refund you, including the original shipping costs (based on the cheapest rate), within 14 days of receiving the product, using your original payment method.
