Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on lumeba.com by consumers.

2. Seller

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once paid. A confirmation email summarizes it.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by card or the other methods offered, through our secure provider Stripe. We never store any card data.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given (Colissimo) or to the chosen pickup point (Mondial Relay). Delivery times are estimates. If a parcel is damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with no reason needed. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product. See the Right of withdrawal page.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years, and by the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
